Hi this is Cordell Nicola I’m 6’9 200lbs I’m from a small town in West Virginia called Buckhannon I’ve been playing basketball for 12+ Years I fell in love with the game at a very young age I started playing because of my dad he was in love with the game but couldn’t do much with it because of health reasons so everyday I’m grinding and working to better myself to show him and pay him back for all the time we’ve missed and as for my mom imma pay her back for all the money she’s ever spent to help get me the stuff I needed for basketball in school and in life my family is my biggest motivation of success especially my grandma she’s my biggest fan and I play everyday for her but with all that being said I’m an American with a astonishing touch on the ball and I can pull up from anywhere I will constantly be in the gym working to perfect my game and craft I also have an outstanding IQ as well

HSM provides representation to professional athletes that extends beyond their professional athletic career. It begins before the draft and carries through multiple aspects of pro sports life and post career including, but not limited to, contract negotiations, endorsements, media, travel, legal decisions, and Internet/social image.

Our extensive network enables us to explore and develop new and innovative strategies because we know that each athlete is unique, with individual needs, and there is no universal plan. That’s why we offer a flexible program that can help you excel throughout your entire career.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATION

Our management team uses extensive preparation, research, and planning to generate maximum compensation for our clients. We strive to establish new standards in the industry.

MARKETING & BRAND DEVELOPMENT

HSM clients enjoy the benefit of an in-depth, personalized marketing plan. Our marketing associates will assess the client’s current brand and develop a plan unique to their position and implement a strategic marketing plan designed to grow name brand recognition and increase their social media presence. HMS aggressively pursues marketing opportunities for every client in order to maximize off-the-field revenue.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

We encourage our clients to participate in charitable and socially conscious   christian activities both in their hometown and the city where their club is located.  HSM  is prepared to assist the athlete in foundation development, event planning, media awareness, fund raising, and any other charitable program in order to achieve this objective.

In addition HSM has assisted Clients in marketing, planning and implementing their own fund raising events, including golf tournaments, football and basketball camps, bowling tournaments and other client requested events

CONDITIONING & TRAINING

We recognize that each athlete is unique, with individual needs, and our extensive network allows us to explore and develop new and innovative training strategies for clients in all sports. Our training programs for all sports are designed to fit the specific need of each client by applying comprehensive training regiments

Clients will have the opportunity to work individually with nationally and internationally recognized coaches and former professional athletes from around the country and around the globe to obtain these goals.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

HSM provides necessary assistance to clients in identifying financial professionals who work with the clients and their families to work towards their individual financial goals. HMS clients have worked with reliable, credible, knowledgeable and well known financial institutions, financial planning companies and individuals, all of whom are eminently qualified.

The individuals, companies, and/or institutions you decide to work with will evaluate your financial needs and objectives and help you implement a financial plan which is comfortable for you and your family.

POST-CAREER PLANNING

In today’s sports world earning potential is limited to a relatively short period of time. As a result, HSM encourages and facilitates the strategic planning of post-career activities.

From the start, we work with our clients to assist in building relationships and business contacts that will help ease the transition from the playing field to the business arena. HSM will continue to work with the client through retirement and thereafter to ensure a productive and fulfilling secondary career.
