The truth is that in all leagues there are talented players and coaches. But there is a shortage of business experience, most particularly sports business experience and training.

The Founder & CEO states,” We are changing the culture of Minor league basketball in America. I strongly believe that the hand of God is on our organization. I have been told a Christian Pro league will not work, but when God’s hands are on something there’s not a thing that anyone can or say about it. I am so excited about this program because we are educating and training men & women. This is not just for a job, but an extraordinary career in Christian pro sports with Height International Basketball Association (HIBA) & Women Height International Basketball Association WHIBA.

Height Athletics mission is to impact our communities for God through basketball and through our Economic Development Programs. Our quest is to bring hope through our new program!

Beyond gaining preparation for future employment, students also receive the foundational spiritual training needed for sports also, this is used to reach people for Christ and disciple them in their Christian walk. Bible courses provide in-depth knowledge of God’s Word with strong spiritual application while helping students develop ethical business practices and philosophies. Equipped with well-rounded physical education, business, and spiritual training.

We’ve put a program together that will train anyone who is willing to become a HIBA , WHIBA , and Jr HIBA team member!

SPORTS REVENUE MANAGEMENT

The Sports Revenue Management Course gives you the skill set and competitive edge to distinguish yourself in the sports business field. Our goal is to assist you in working in sports. Upon completion of the course you will be thoroughly trained and ready to make a difference in the bottom line of any sports organization. You will be learning not only how to break into the sports world but you will be learning from people who do the hiring at those professional venues, teams and clubs. Their goal is to assist you with your career in sport. They will share their insights and expertise of how to succeed in the competitive world of the business of sports and how to stay at the top when you get there. What would you do to gain the added insights of years of sports business experience? They know who is hiring and when they are hiring.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Leadership Development Course seeks to build the body of Christ by building the people Christ calls to leadership. Our strategic outcomes are: Effective Leaders, Committed Stewart Leaders, Integrity in Leadership, and Kingdom Impact.

Who Should Attend:

Anyone who hopes to become part of a Christian professional basketball team to become a general manager for Height Athletics, namely Height International Basketball Association (HIBA) and Women’s Height International Basketball Association (WHIBA). Aspiring General Managers, Junior and Mid-Level, and those seeking sports management skills within the HIBA and WHIBA organizations
